3 Ingredient Healthy Hydrating Lemon Ice Lollies

My children love ice lollies. I was going to add 'in the summer' to that sentence but truthfully, they love ice lollies all year round!

And I'm pretty sure that goes for other children too. I know it does for my neighbourhood children as these ice lollies get shared around a lot!

Thankfully, they're super easy to make and pretty healthy! Lemons are full of vitamin C and have all sorts of health benefits. Coconut water is full of electrolytes, so is perfect for hydrating on those warmer days. And a little maple syrup to sweeten doesn't hurt.

Here's the recipe I use:

3 Ingredient Healthy Hydrating Lemon Ice Lollies

Ingredients:

  • Juice of 1-2 lemons

  • Around 300ml coconut water

  • Maple syrup to taste (I use 1.5 tablespoons)

Directions:

All you need to do is juice the lemon then add the coconut water and maple syrup. Stir to mix, pour into silicone ice lolly moulds and freeze. I told you they're super easy!
