Healthy Natural Electrolyte Drink Recipe

Pt. 1 of Health Tips Chapter

If you've been battling with a sickness and diarrhoea bug, are bunged up with a cold or are just feeling a little dehydrated, this electrolyte drink is for you.


It's natural, tasty and easy to whip up.


You can even freeze this is in ice lolly moulds and keep it in the freezer. It stays good in the fridge for about 3 days. We hope you enjoy this healthy natural electrolyte drink recipe!


Healthy Natural Electrolyte Drink Recipe


Ingredients:

1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 cup water (or coconut water for extra electrolytes

1 cup ice (this is optional, replace with cup of water if not using)

2 tbsp local honey (or maple syrup)

1/8 tsp of pink or celtic sea salt.


Directions:

Pop all of the ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
